Educational Behavioral Specialists

The Learning Perspectives team is comprised of experienced professionals in child mental health, developmental and family relational issues. Our therapists, professional, and paraprofessional staff are highly trained in the latest interventions that cover the full spectrum of childhood disorders including but not limited to Autism, Asperger’s, Attention Deficit Disorder, Disruptive Behavior Disorder, Post Traumatic Stress, Adjustment Issues, Developmental and Intellectual Disability Issues, Depression, and Psychotic Disorders. Collectively, our clinical team has over 100 years of experience working with the child and adolescent population.

Learning Perspectives’ Educational Behavioral Specialists work one-on-one with students in local public schools who experience behavioral, developmental, mental, or physical challenges. Our Specialists provide leadership and direction, working to design, implement, coordinate, and evaluate a comprehensive behavioral support plan for each student. Our Specialists work directly and diligently with identified students to adopt behaviors that substantially increase their academic performance and meet behavioral goals.

As an LPI Behavioral Specialist, I truly believe that every day presents a new opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the children I work with. I love creating personalized techniques for each student, based on their unique needs and interests. At the end of each day, I get to go to sleep knowing I made a positive impact on the children and family’s lives.
